Two weeks is comfortable. Last-minute holds happen — we can sometimes turn around a 48h request, but pricing is at standard rate (no rush surcharge, but no discounts either).
Yes. 5+ consecutive days: 10% off. 10+ days: 15%. 4 weeks straight: build a custom rate. Ask in the booking form.
Yes — overnight access is +25% on the day rate, and a key fob is issued for the duration of your booking. Soundstage 1 has 24/7 access by default for shoot days.
DC carries general liability for the premises and our employees. You bring your own production insurance — minimum $2M general liability + $1M for any speciality work (welding, pyro, water effects). Certificate required at booking confirmation.
$40/day per pallet position if your build floor isn't booked back-to-back. We move it to a dedicated storage area, you keep working from where you left off. Not for long-term — past 30 days we discuss something more permanent.
More than 14 days out: full refund minus a $200 admin fee. 7–14 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund, but we'll bank the credit for a future booking within 6 months. Force majeure handled case-by-case.
Of course. The space is yours during the booked window. You're welcome to bring your own carpenters, painters, scenics, or run the build with your own designer. Our crew is available on demand if you need extra hands or specialist skills.
