Plain language. Signed off in writing.

What counts
Set build, paint, prep, strike, studio assist. Skilled trades earn 1.5×.
Conversion
$40 per hour of credit toward studio time.
Day rate
$4,000 per shoot day, subject to studio availability.
Lifetime
Credit is good for 12 months from the day you earn it.
Tracking
Digital ledger. Every shift signed off by the supervisor on duty.
Booking
3+ weeks notice. First-come, first-served against the studio calendar.
Forfeit
No-shows void the shift's credit. Twice = out.
